Music Therapy Scholarships

Every time we hear a melody, we remember the power that music has to connect us and make us feel alive. For children and young people with disabilities at Escola Alba, music has an even more transformative power, as it helps them develop and opens the door to new forms of expression.

We saw this for ourselves last year when we introduced this activity at the school for the first time, and the results were very positive. The sessions proved to be a valuable resource for stimulating the senses, improving communication skills, overcoming emotional barriers and filling the classroom with joy and laughter.

That is why, this academic year 23-24, we want to offer all students at Escola Alba the opportunity to enjoy music therapy free of charge, regardless of their circumstances, through these scholarships.

What will we do with the donations?

The donations received through this campaign will be used exclusively to fund music therapy scholarships for students at the Alba School.

Can I make a donation through Bizum?

Yes, select the Donation or Send Money option, enter the code 00978, type in the amount you want to donate and send your donation. If you want to deduct your contribution, send us an email to comunicacio@aalba.cat with the subject "Bizum Payment", your tax details (name and surname, ID, postal address), email, mobile phone number from which you made the Bizum and the amount donated. Please note that donations made through Bizum are not automatically added to the campaign counter, but we enter them after a few hours.

Can I collaborate periodically with the Alba Association?

¡ Of course! You can become a member of the Asociación Alba through our website and help us attend and accompany people with disabilities, mental disorders or at risk of social exclusion, and contribute to building a more inclusive and committed territory. More information at www.aalba.cat/soci.
