Empreses Compromeses
Business collaboration allows us to launch new resources and projects, expand opportunities for people, and build a more inclusive and committed society.
Together, we can go much further in promoting inclusion and improving the quality of life for people with disabilities and other vulnerable groups.
If you want to exercise your social responsibility with Alba, get in touch with Eva Fabregat (efabregat@aalba.cat) and we’ll explain the different types of partnerships and social projects we’re working on to jointly contribute to achieving the SDGs.
Partnerships That Make a Difference
The Network of Partner Companies is made up of businesses that share our values and our social commitment to promote equal opportunities and inclusion for people with disabilities and other vulnerable groups, through a relationship based on equity, transparency, and mutual benefit.
Their annual collaboration enables us to sustain our projects, launch new initiatives, and respond to emerging social challenges in our region. We report on this collaboration and its social impact in an annual report. For more information, click here.

Create Social Impact in Your Value Chain
You can hire our services (gardening, cleaning, laundry, catering, packaging, leisure and educational projects) or purchase our products (cookies from our El Rosal bakery, Christmas gift boxes made with quality local products and social impact, or customized corporate gifts) that create job opportunities for people with disabilities and others in vulnerable situations.

Shared Value Projects
We can also co-create a shared value project to promote the social and workplace inclusion of people with disabilities and other vulnerable groups. We are open to new proposals and to working together to develop initiatives with social impact.
Check out an example of a campaign — “When we add talent, we multiply opportunities” — and the product “chocolate truffle cubanitos,” developed in collaboration with the company Laumont.

Sponsor an Event or Activity
Support events organized by our entity aimed at promoting a more inclusive community and raising awareness among citizens, as well as sports activities.
Sardines & Marinada Festival: A gastro-musical event held in July in the gardens of our organization, attracting around 1,000 attendees.
Alba Sports Club: You can sponsor a specific event, such as the Special Olympics, or a team based on the sport (football, basketball, cycling, swimming, etc.).

Help Us Fund a Project
You can make a financial or in-kind donation to our organization either as a one-off contribution or towards a specific project aligned with your company’s CSR strategy or mission. Your support helps us acquire new resources, improve the assistance we offer, and fund activities that enhance the well-being and development of the people we support.
We invite you to get to know the project in person, and we will keep you informed of its progress so that you feel truly part of what you’ve helped make possible.
Some of the projects in need of support can be found here, though there are others that also require funding.
Teambuilding: Engage Your Team
We offer different experiences to promote and share values such as respect for diversity, resilience, cooperation, and creativity — all while strengthening team spirit, motivation, and cohesion.
We design tailored activities to suit your needs. Choose from artistic, sports, or recreational options such as woodworking workshops, gardening, cookie-making with El Rosal, adapted sports, or creating a collaborative mural. We adapt to your company’s needs to organize a meaningful day of learning, sharing, and discovering different realities while having fun together.
We can also create a video summary of the day and offer coffee break or lunch service at our restaurant, El Gat.
