The Independent Living Support and Support Service (SASVI) aims to promote autonomy and improve the quality of life of people with disabilities or mental health problems.

This free service offers home support to help people manage their day-to-day lives and make decisions independently.


 

What does the service offer?

  • Personalized support at home to improve daily life skills.
  • Support in household management: organization of the fridge, optimization of purchases, home maintenance.
  • Help with self-care and healthy habits: personal hygiene, taking medication, planning menus.
  • Advice on economic and administrative management: payments, procedures, organization of documents.
  • Support in unforeseen circumstances: breakdowns, management of important mail, communication with insurance or services.
  • Fostering social participation: outings, personal relationships, use of community resources.

Home visits are planned in agreement with the user, working on personalized objectives according to their needs and wishes.

Who is it aimed at?

The SASVI is intended for people aged between 18 and 65 who:
  • They have a certificate of intellectual or physical disability or a mental health diagnosis.
  • Be assessed by the CAD with a minimum of 33% degree of disability.
  • Do not have a degree of dependency or only Grade I.
  • They live alone, with children, with a partner or with dependents.
