MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Associació Alba is made up of members of the organisation representing people and their families, professionals, citizens, as well as representatives from the town councils of Urgell and Segarra.

  • Their functions are to represent, lead and manage the Association.
  • Through monthly meetings, the work of all areas and services is supervised.
  • There are also some specific working groups to follow up more closely on certain strategic priority areas, with participation from board members according to their profiles and professional roles. Some of these include the economic board, involving the president, vice president and treasurer; or the new Sant Martí home commission, which also includes the treasurer. In addition, there are other commissions linked to the strategic framework and its priority projects, such as: responsible territory, social responsibility, innovation and continuous improvement and happy people.
  • Board members receive no financial compensation for being part of this body.
  • No board member has any interest in the companies or external services contracted by the organisation, either personally or through companies.
  • Board members serve a 4-year term and may be re-elected once, except for the President, who may be re-elected up to three times.

We thank all of them for their dedication, trust and support in moving the organisation's projects forward.
