A Special Employment Center (CET) is a company that combines economic activity with a social function, offering stable and adapted employment for people with disabilities.

According to current regulations, at least 70% of the workforce must be made up of people with a disability degree of 33% or more. In addition to generating jobs, CETs provide personalized support to improve autonomy and social-labor insertion.

The Alba Association offers various sectors of work so that people with disabilities can develop professionally and enjoy their work.

Services to businesses:

  • Gardening: Maintenance of green spaces for businesses and individuals.
  • Cleaning: Cleaning services for facilities and offices.
  • Laundry: Washing and ironing clothes for different clients.
  • Handling: Tasks of manipulation and packaging of products.

El Rosal Cookie Workshop: Artisanal cookie production with a strong social and inclusive commitment.

El Gat Restaurant: Bar, restaurant, and store offering a buffet-style food menu. They also provide catering for businesses and space rental for events.

In addition to offering an adapted work environment, the Alba CET has a support team consisting of a psychologist and a social worker, who accompany the employees in their professional and personal development.

This support includes:

  • Emotional and personal support to reinforce confidence and self-esteem.
  • Social and labor advice to address daily difficulties.
  • Ongoing training to improve skills and professional competencies.
