Pre-employment Service

The Pre-employment Service is a support and training program for people with a mental health diagnosis who want to acquire, regain, and maintain work skills to be able to enter the labour market. Through an individualised job placement plan, we help each person develop the skills needed to access a Special Employment Centre (SEC) or the regular job market.

Our goal is to offer personalised support so that each participant can improve their autonomy, self-esteem, and professional skills, enhancing their role within the work environment.

How do we work?

The service combines training and guidance through an active, participatory and individualised methodology, focusing both on the individual’s characteristics and their family, social and work environment.
